My name is Tracy. I have been a registered nurse for 20 years, with 17 years critical care experience. I have recently accepted the clinical nurse specialist role for critical care and step-down units. As part of my academic assignment, I have been asked to create a blog for my new role. Since I planned to create a monthly newsletter for staff, I thought this would be a good opportunity to try to create a blog for everyone.
